MCLAREN ARE WORKING ON THREE NEW CRAZY SUPERCARS

- One is a supercar, one an SUV, and the final one is uncertain
- They are all due for release by 2028
McLaren are believed to be working on several new supercars. Recent leaked reports to the global dealership network reportedly contain information surrounding the future of the British marque.
THE P45 First up is what has been codenamed the "P45". It is expected to have an 810hp V6 hybrid powertrain with 1085Nm of torque. Much of the P45's design is believed to be inspired by the iconic F1 and it will focus more on luxury. McLaren are targeting launch by 2027 and expect over 1000 units to sell each year at a starting price of around $313,000.
THE SUV Meanwhile, a SUV is suspected to be in the works too. While we do not know its name, it will be a five-door supercar which offers insane performance, but also offers greater usability: an everyday McLaren. A SUV would bring McLaren up to speed with its rivals; Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and more all have SUVs and have all witnessed tremendous success from them.
THE THIRD ONE Lastly, remains a rather mysterious model. We do not know much about this final supercar other than it will be a more traditional McLaren road-supercar as opposed to anything too bold. It is expected to launch by 2028. McLaren hopes that these supercars will bring the marque into greater competition with its rivals and grow the company further.
