Aston Martin and Brough Superior have revealed the AMB 002 Roadster, the latest motorcycle to emerge from their partnership and the first designed specifcally for road use.
A NEW POWERTRAIN Power is derived from an all-new 1083cc water-cooled V-twin, which develops 130hp and 110Nm of torque. The engine sits within a lightweight titanium backbone frame weighing just 5kg, while the complete motorcycle tips the scales at a claimed 190kg and features 50:50 weight distribution.
Extensive carbon-fiber bodywork helps to keep weight down also, while the riding position is more road-friendly than Aston Martin and Brough Superior's previous track machines.
JUST 300 WILL BE BUILT Aston Martin says styling cues appear throughout, from the side-strake inspired front end to the exhaust and rear-light details influenced by the company's supercars. Only 300 units are planned with a price estimate of around $160,000; the first customer deliveries are due towards the end of 2027.
