Pagani
Zonda
1999-2000
The Zonda C12 was Pagani's first production supercar, unveiled at the 1999 Geneva Motor Show after years of development by Horacio Pagani and his small team. Its carbon-fiber construction, fighter-jet-inspired cabin and distinctive central four-exit exhaust established the design ideas that would remain with the Zonda family for its extremely long life.

Zonda S 7.3
The Zonda S 7.3 marked another major step in the rapid development of Pagani's first supercar, introducing engine capacity that would later become associated with almost every other later Zonda. It also gained standard traction control and ABS while retaining the lightweight carbon-fiber construction, manual gearbox, and distinctive design of earlier supercars. In 2002, a Zonda S 7.3 set a production-car Nürburgring record of 7:44, helping establish Pagani's credentials. 40 Roadsters were also built.

Zonda Roadster F
The Zonda Roadster F was the open-top counterpart to the Zonda F, but increased power based off the Clubsport. Its carbon-structure was extensively reinforced around the sills, fuel-tank area and roll bars, yet Pagani managed to keep its dry weight assembly the same level as the original coupé.

Zonda R
The Zonda R was Pagani's first purpose-built track-only supercar and was far mor than simply a racing version of the original road-going Zonda. It used a largely bespoke carbo-titanium structure, dramatically revised aerodynamics and racing technology developed without the constraints of road homologation. In 2010 it famously recorded 6:47 lap of the Nürburgring.

Zonda Cinque
The Zonda Cinque was created after Pagani's Hong Kong dealer requested an extreme, road-legal Zonda incoroporating technology developed for the track-only Zonda R. It introduced Pagani's carbo-titanium monocoque to a road car and adopted much more aggressive aerodynamics, while remaining fully road legal. Its name means "five" in English. Of the 10 made, 5 were coupés and five were Roadsters.
