The Solus GT is an extreme single-seat track-only supercar that began life as McLaren's futuristic Vision Gran Turismo concept before being turned into a real production car. With a naturally-aspirated V10 revving beyond 10,000rpm. sub-1000kg weight, and enormous aerodynamic downforce, it was designed to provide an experience closer to a prototype racing car than a conventional road-going McLaren. Its central driving position, fighter-jet-style canopy and production run of only 25 cars make it one of the rarest and most radical McLarens ever built.
