FXX

2005-2007

The FXX is the track-only development of the Ferrari Enzo and the supercar that started Ferrari's XX Programme. Ferrari enlarged and strengthened the Enzo's V12, stripped significant weight and equipped with the FXX wirh extensive telemetry so selected oweners effectively acted as test drivers for Ferrari's future technology. Interestingly, customers never formally took delivery of the cars - instead Ferrari continues to maintain and store them at their factory in Maranello, so they can deployed when a customer requests so.
