F430
2004-2009
Ferrari introduced the F430 as the successor to the 360 Modena, substantially evolving the same mid-engined aluminium architecture while adding technology influenced by the Enzo and Ferrari's Formula One programme. It introduced new features such as the steering-wheel manettino drive-mode selector and an electronically controlled differential. A Spider variant was also offered.

F430 Scuderia
The F430 Scuderia was the harder-edged evolution of the F430, developed with significant input from Michael Schumacher. Ferrari reduced weight, sharpened the chassis, and introduced a much faster transmission along with more advanced integration of the E-Diff and F1-Trac systems. A convertible - the Scuderia Spider 16M - was also built.
